Arianna Dedes applies the focused discipline she developed as a professional dancer to the art of real estate. Previously a ballet teacher and a restaurant manager, she is no stranger to high-pressured environments. She is highly organized and efficient at managing her clients’ time effectively. Warm and outgoing, Arianna extends herself graciously to those who engage her services. Originally from a small town on outskirts of Boston, Massachusetts, Arianna attended the University of Hartford, the Hartt School, where she earned a BFA in Dance Pedagogy. She taught ballet for several years in Hartford, Connecticut. After relocating to Manhattan, she worked as a General Manager for Sosa Borella in the theatre district. Aside from her supervisory position as GM, Arianna was the event planner for party bookings at the restaurant. She assisted clients in choosing the best and most cost effective choices for their event and drew up the contracts that ensured clear agreements between all concerned.
As a real estate professional, Arianna has found a venue that draws upon all of her developed skills and talents in the service of others. She has a good eye for the value of an apartment. Not just the size and price, but for the sanctuary and lifestyle options that it will provide for her client. She enjoys helping others and seeing the happiness that comes when they find the right home. Arianna loves living in New York City and the diversity of cultural experiences that it provides.
