Born and raised in Boston Massachusetts, Crystal Mitchell relocated to NYC in 2000 and has come to know all parts of Manhattan well. Even on her days off, she loves walking around the city, admiring the architecture and discovering the special charms each area holds. Sensitive to the culture-shock some people experience when moving to NYC for the first time, Crystal is able to ease their transition by sharing her own experience and helping them acclimate to the city’s unique real estate market.
A student of sociology and psychology, who majored in finance at Interboro Institute, Crystal is an active listener and a good communicator. When she meets a client for the first time, they relax when they discover how serious she is about learning what they’re looking for and how committed she is to finding it for them. She builds her reputation on getting them what they want.
Formerly, Crystal was a customer service representative responsible for shipping, and minor accounting. She learned how important it is to listen and respond sincerely to the needs and concerns of others. She brings that understanding to each client she meets. Crystals says that she learns something valuable from every new person she comes in contact with which expands her awareness of the world around her. Committed to raising the bar as a service provider, she is very attentive and makes it her mission to deliver exemplary customer service. She sincerely wants to help people find their new home and gives it her all regardless of their budget.
Crystal is a licensed fire guard and has worked with charity organizations to raise awareness for abused and missing children. She is also an animal lover and rescues stray cats and dogs that she seems to attract.
