Our offices have easy access to major subways, bus lines, and taxis, which allow us to navigate quickly and efficiently around the city. Our four floors of rental, sales, and investment centers comprise New York City's premier Residential Marketplace.

Our headquarters and Rental Marketplace are located on three floors of beautiful loft space at 225 West 57th Street, between Broadway and Seventh Avenue, on the north side of 57th—just next door to the Hard Rock Cafe.

Our Sales Center is located just steps away, at 1780 Broadway, on the east side of the street, just north of 57th Street.

      By Bus:

• From downtown:
  M20 (8th Avenue Bus) northbound to 57th Street
  walk 1 block east , turn left at Broadway to 1780 Broadway on east side of the street or continue one half block on 57th Street to 225 West 57th (north side of street)
• From uptown:
  M104 (Broadway Bus) southbound to 57th Street
  cross to northeast corner, walk a quarter of a block to 1780 Broadway or walk east less than a block on 57th Street to 225 West 57th (north side of street)
• From east or west side: 57th Street cross-town (westward) (M57/31)
  M31 (57 Street/York Ave. Bus) and M57 (57 Street Crosstown Bus) Westbound from east side and Eastbound from west side
  Exit at Broadway and cross the street to 1780 Broadway or walk less than a block east on 57th Street to 225 West 57th (north side of street)
