Raised in the Granite State of New Hampshire, Dimas Lizardo is solid as a rock. He brings a wealth of knowledge and experience to his position as a real estate broker. A resident of New York City since 1982, he attended both the College of Staten Island where he studied Political Science, Law and Finance and Baruch College, where he focused on Real Estate Finance. While in college, Dimas drove a taxi cab and knows the city like the back of his hand.
Dimas worked in Finance and Banking for 16 years. In 2000 to 2003, he was Project Specialist in the Corporate Real Estate Dept. of Time Warner during the construction of the Time Warner Center. At the completion of the project in 2003, Dimas decided to focus his skills into a career as a real estate professional.
From 2003 - 2005, he worked for Coolidge Equities, where he was inspired by his boss who started selling real estate in the 1940s, and is now one of the largest property owners in the country — a true "rags to riches" story.
Dimas’ experience in the financial sector, as well as commercial leasing and lease administration and law serve him well and is of particular value to those who engage his service. Having personally bought and sold investment properties, including co-ops, houses, and multifamily buildings, he understands a real estate transaction from both sides of the fence. Possessing leadership ability, Dimas is tenacious and has highly developed analytical skills which serve his clients thoroughly. He does not rest until he finds the right match for seller, buyer or renter.
His personal interests include golfing, driving, flying private planes, day trading in the stock market, and owning real estate.
