Finding your apartment
The Opportunity:
Meeting with a Manhattan Apartments Inc. Sales Agent in our office is the most valuable half an hour a person will spend in their search for a place to live. People moving to Manhattan are not often familiar with apartment rental prices, the procedures involved in getting a home, and the terminology used in this city; nor do they know the landlords or areas that offer the best values.
Each of our offices maintains a complete library of photographs and floor plans. These tools provide a quick education on the marketplace within your specific price range and eliminate time-consuming visits. They also provide invaluable feedback on your preferences and specifications.
Our agents are engaged in continuous dealings with Manhattan’s landlords and know from experience which of them accepts pets, which are conscientious about building upkeep, etc. This knowledge will be very helpful to you in the practical choice of your new home.
After a realistic breakdown of your options has been presented, your agent or their associate will accompany you in viewing carefully selected apartments. Once you have chosen an apartment, your agent will handle the processing of all applications, credit checks, leases, and riders, and will carefully explain the contents of these documents and your rights as a Tenant.
Your agent will be with you every step of the way—from your initial consultation
through the facilitation of your move—to ensure that your apartment
search is an efficient, rewarding and stress-free experience. To learn
more about how we can support you in your post move-in arrangements, please

Services.
