In addition he only shows them apartments he is sure he can get for them. No time is ever wasted when working with Joe.
One of the tell-tale signs of a good agent, Joe often receives referrals from clients who have rented apartments through him. Grateful for this, he is always amazed when he also receives referrals from clients who ended up not renting an apartment through him. A testament to his excellent service, at the end of the day, Joe has exhausted all possibilities for all of his clients.
Joe earned a degree in Finance from Bentley College and worked in commercial banking for six years at Morgan Stanley in NYC and London. He then went on to establish and run his own financial consulting business. In the aftermath of 9/11, Joe decided it was time for a career change.
A leader at Manhattan Apartments since 2001, Joe has assembled a team of 10 agents who work together under his guise and provide service that is honest and dedicated. His work abroad has given him a keen understanding of different cultures and people and a first-hand experience of what relocation is like.
Joe's future plans include continued growth in this production-based business. He enjoys managing a team of agents and sharing advice and experience. Success runs in the family. Joe's mother has been in the real estate business for 25 years and manages two offices for Prudential.
Joe was born in New Jersey and now lives in the East Village. Riding the subway since he was 6 years old, he knows NYC like the back of his hand. Joe urges clients trust their instincts when looking for an agent as well as an apartment.
