Hailing from El Paso, Texas, Julia Perez moved to New York City to attend Pace University, (the downtown campus), where she earned her Bachelor Degree in Business Administration — with a concentration in Advertising and Promotion.
After graduation she worked for a Ship Broker Co. and as a part-time staff member at Manhattan Apartments Inc. Today, she brings a high level of professionalism, creativity and organizational skills to her carrier as a real estate sales person.
A "hands on person", Julia has a way of finding something in common with just about everyone she meets. Her experience in advertising taught her to first understand where her client is at and what their objectives and expectations are. From there, she utilizes all of her skills to help them achieve their goal of securing an apartment.
Though she is very serious about her business and a hard worker, she puts people at ease with her relaxed and personable manner. Julia is very supportive during the entire rental process and is always willing to provide information and perspective when decisions have to be made.
Julia has come to know all of the little neighborhoods of Manhattan well.
She enjoys cooking and baking and experimenting with exotic and traditional recipes. On her time off, she likes to go out with friends to restaurants and cafes. Julia is also fluent in Spanish.
