June Broxton is one of the most energetic, well rounded and community minded people you will ever meet. She has the ability to find something in common with whoever she meets, regardless of their age or background, and she always seems to put people at ease and make them laugh. She takes life head on and applies the same vibrant energy to her career in real estate.
June earned her Bachelor of Science from Fordham University where she majored in Computer Systems/Management Applications. She has studied business law, accounting and desktop publishing, and completed certification in WOW Customer Service Training. June was promoted in every job she ever held, but when she joined a commercial real estate firm and specialized in property management, she found it exhilarating. She worked with landlords, property managers and tenants from many of the city's large office buildings, and learned about business proposals, leases, building codes and structures. Once she started purchasing her own properties, she caught the real estate bug. She would help perfect strangers find homes in her neighborhood or around the city just for fun. June says that she is filled with a "special joy" when she helps someone find the home of their dreams.
June is knowledgeable and experienced in all aspects of real estate. She is a landlord and home owner in Harlem. She knows what it takes to buy, sell and rent in New York, and what is most important to all parties concerned. Her love for her community and for helping people in general, will be apparent as soon as you meet her, and will become more meaningful through every step of your property hunting process.
June mentors youths every weekend with The Blue Nile Rites of Passage, Inc. in Harlem and she sings and travels with The Chancel Choir of the Abyssinian Baptist Church performing concerts and musicals. They have performed with famous people such as Ossie Davis, Yolanda Adams, Susan Lucci, and Patti Labelle. June is also a member of Small Property Owners of N.Y. She relaxes by working in her garden, where she grows vegetables each year, and by traveling with family and friends.
