A Knowledgeable Friend in The Field

Adjina Dekidjiev joined Manhattan Apartments, Inc. as a rental agent in 1992 and has had a continuous record of success and achievement within the company. In 1996 she was made personnel manager, and is in charge of the hiring and training of our rental agents. Adjina has shown a rare knack for recognizing qualities in an individual during an interview that would make a good agent. She has developed an intensive training program that educates them rapidly and is responsible for developing some of the most talented and knowledgeable in the business. MAI's agents are often solicited by other brokerage firms because it is well known how effective her program is. Because she works so closely with the agents, she is often brought in to assist with client relationships, seeing to it that people who come to us to find an apartment get the best possible service.

Adjina is also the advertising manager and is responsible for overseeing every aspect of our advertising. She applies her creative talents to writing the majority of ads for our rental marketplace, and sees to it that our properties are well represented in a wide range of publications, both local and national.

Due to her years of experience, many landlords have come to depend on her to keep them informed of trends and rely solely on her to market their listings and call in their deals. In 2003, she was featured on Channel 4 News commenting on the real estate market. She was also a guest on a Japanese television program. A woman of many talents, Adjina loves to travel the world, speaks Spanish fluently, and understands Italian and French. She is a valued part of the MAI management team, a dedicated professional, and a delight to deal with. If you need information about how to rent your property or if you are looking for a career in real estate, Adjina is always happy to speak with you.
