Adjina Dekidjiev joined Manhattan Apartments, Inc. as a rental agent in 1992 and has had a continuous record of success and achievement within the company. In 1996 she was made Human Resources manager, in charge of the hiring and training of our rental agents. She developed an intensive training program that educates them rapidly and is responsible for developing some of the most talented and knowledgeable agents in the business. Simultaneously, Adjina became the advertising manager. She applied her creative talents to writing the majority of ads for our rental marketplace, and sees to it that our properties are well represented in a wide range of publications, both local and national.

Adjina was promoted to Rental Director in 2009. She directs over 100 rental agents regarding the details of every deal with the astute insight and agility that only a well-seasoned professional possesses. Manhattan Apartments executes more deals than any other Rental Office in New York City, and Adjina oversees and closes hundreds of deals per month. Many landlords have come to depend on her to keep them informed of trends and rely solely on her to market their listings. and submit qualified applications for their approval. Adjina has been featured on Channel 4 News, the NYTimes, Daily News, NY Post, The New York Observer, The Real Deal and Time Out Magazine as well as Japanese television.

Adjina loves to travel the world, speaks Spanish fluently, and understands Italian and French. An active member of New York Road Runners, she completed the 2008 NYC Marathon. Adjina is currently training for the next marathon, raising money for the Alzheimer’s Association.
