Andrew Goldsmith brings seven years as a successful rental agent to his position as "Weekend Manager". Having closed hundreds of transactions, he has the experience, market knowledge, and the patience it takes to be a vital asset to our agents and clients. Andrew has developed good relationships with all those who work at Manhattan Apartments Inc. They respect and trust him and often seek out his advice. With a pedigree in broadcasting, he is articulate and well spoken. Andrew is a people person and comes across in a friendly, trustworthy manner which is essential for one who represents the company and assists our clients.

As the Weekend Manager, Andrew supervises the entire operation. He guides and assists the staff and the agents and is available to any client who needs his help. Andrew is responsible for submitting the applications to landlords on Saturday and Sunday. During the week, Andrew lends his talents wherever they are needed whether it is customer service, listings, accounting or closing deals. He is often the first contact that our clients have with the company since he answers the company’s phone inquiries when time allows.

Andrew hails from New York’s Staten Island where his father was a notable broker for 40 years. After earning a degree in Broadcast Communications from SUNY, Buffalo, he decided to follow in his father’s footsteps and put his acquired skills towards a career in real estate. He attended a Manhattan Apartments Inc, career open house in 2000. After seeing the operation and listening to what Bridget Smalley, Rental Director, had to say, he knew within the first 10 minutes that this was where he wanted to be. Now, he is well on his way to a brilliant career as a manager with the firm.
