An expert in property value, Denise also informs property owners of market trends and suggests rent prices that reflect what the market will bear. Today Denise manages the Luxury Rental Division at Manhattan Apartments, Inc. She leads a team of salespeople who focus on renting hi-end, luxury apartments and lofts throughout the city.
