Michael J. Ghelardi has worked as a professional in many aspects of the real estate industry over the past three decades. Originally from Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, Michael attended NYU School of Graduate Business as a student of business and marketing. After managing his family owned properties for 17 years, he worked as a commercial broker for a decade achieving two $10 Million building sales, and was Director of Property Management for several large owners. Michael has worn a wide variety of hats, from property maintenance to rentals, commercial leasing, building management, and apartment & building sales. He and brings all of his expertise to each transaction as needed.
Highly analytical, Michael can find the right property for his client in minutes. He has taken the time to organize all For-Sale-Manhattan property data into his own personal databases from the various sources available. He knows first hand the buyer's and seller's information needs, the tricky deal contingencies that come with any real estate transaction, and is sensitive to the needs of those he serves. Michael tailors his advice and guidance appropriately for the specific needs of his clients with full fiduciary responsibility, and takes pride in placing his client's needs before his own.
