David Brimlow is our Virtual Private Server/Web Administrator, and is responsible for our highly interactive website, which allows customers some of the most customized and specific searches available. David's creativity, steady ability, and willingness to experiment with web code constantly allow us to introduce new, as yet undiscovered functions to our site as we conceive of them.

David has been a well respected executive in the property management and commercial brokerage industries for over 15 years. He began his career with Manhattan Apartments, Inc. in 1987 as an on-site rental agent. He was then hired as Associate Director of Property Management for Wells, Gay, & Stribling. He moved on to become Director of Commercial Management and Sales for Taranto & Associates, Inc., where he worked for 5 years. In 1997, he founded Brimlow Realty Corp., a successful commercial brokerage company until the tragic events of September 11, 2001 forced him to close the business.

David began studying computer programming in college in 1980. He continued to learn and practice computer programming for the next 20 years, and began programming for the web in 1997 when he created the website for his new business. The combination of his real estate experience and his knowledge of website design and code programming made David the perfect person to take charge of the revamping off our entire website.

David brings his creativity as an artist to every facet of his life and his work. A published writer of fiction and non-fiction, his articles were frequently featured in Real Estate Weekly and NY Real Estate Journal — industry publications. He is an accomplished guitar player and in his spare time composes and records his own music, as well as collaborating with musicians all over the world, which he posts online as "Bluesman Deluxe". His sense of humor and quick wit often break the tension of such an intense and technical work load.
