Joanna Grieco has always been fascinated by the way New Yorkers search for "the apartment," and she thrives in her supportive role as a part of MAI's Rental Listings Team. She ensures that all listings are current and correct and develops and maintains positive relationships with landlords and agents.

Joanna came to MAI a licensed real estate salesperson looking for a sponsoring broker. After interviewing with one of our senior agents, she joined the team and quickly learned the business of being a rental agent.

It was not long before managers began to notice her dependable professionalism and remarkable work ethic. She was soon offered the opportunity to leave her work as an agent and join the listings staff full-time. Joanna enthusiastically accepted this position.

Today, in helping our agents by updating listings and gaining access to apartments, Joanna is often relied upon for her constant energy, fast-paced work habits and detailed information gathering. She understands, from her own experience, that a matter of seconds can make or break a deal for a rental agent who is looking for the right apartment for their client.

Joanna graduated from the University of Massachusetts at Amherst with a B.A. in Psychology and worked as a special education teacher before joining Manhattan Apartments, Inc.
