Exuberantly energetic, and a formidable multi-taker, Kim Colucci is a team player from the word go. She extends herself effortlessly and is always willing to assist co-workers and agents alike. The listings department at Manhattan Apartments is an incredibly fast-paced environment that is charged with urgency. As part of the rental listings team, Kim calls hundreds of landlords and management companies daily to find out what is newly available for rent. She also arranges access to apartments for dozens of agents and their clients throughout the day. Kim’s outgoing, open personality is a tremendous asset in a business that is all about people and building good relationships.

A native New Yorker, Kim was a promotional model for six years. Some of the companies she worked for included, Verizon, Chrysler, Pontiac and Miller Hi-life. In 2003 she began taking acting roles after studying at several acting schools in the city.

Kim thrives on the excitement that permeates the rental process and loves the camaraderie between the agents and staff at MAI. She is passionate about real estate and enjoys being a part of an industry that celebrates New York and helps people find a home in her hometown. Her personal interests are acting, animals and spending quality time with family and friends.
