Wayne Leung is our I.T. Administrator and an important member of the Manhattan Apartments, Inc. Technology Department. He is relied upon by every member of the company, in both our rentals and sales divisions, to keep their facilities up and running at all times, and is responsible for all technical functions throughout our four offices, including the administration of our network servers, maintaining the independent computers of over 200 salespeople, and our intricate telephone network. Wayne's inherent ability to see the overview of technological systems and the personal initiative that he takes in researching new technologies allows him to present creative possibilities for innovation, which contribute to our company's continuous growth and expansion.

Wayne grew up in Brooklyn, NY, and got his B.A. in Business, with a focus on Information Technology, from S.U.N.Y. Stonybrook. Upon graduation, he worked over the summer as a network analyst at Deutsche Telekom's corporate headquarters in Manhattan. An impressive new college graduate, he was hired immediately afterwards by Goldenberg Hehmeyer, an internationally based electronic trading company, as Junior Network Analyst. In this extremely high-paced environment where every minute demanded the flawless and efficient operation of the computer systems, Wayne gained excellent experience in using his wealth of technical skills to keep things running smoothly and to solve any problem that arose.

As I.T. Administrator, Wayne applies his diverse experience and knowledge towards helping to shape the future of MAI's technological capabilities. He continuously comes up with solutions to upgrade and maintain the integrity of our systems and to iron out the glitches that arise daily. He is an integral part of making decisions on new technological directions for the company and helping to determine how to most effectively implement programs to serve the varied purposes of our infrastructure. While he applies a constant focus to the task at hand, Wayne is always lighthearted and adds humor to what can be stressful situations. Outside of work, he is actively involved in his church group, and plays a variety of sports in his free time.
