Sara Droukas brings a calm assuredness to the often harried New York City rental process. Her strength as a client advocate lies in her unyielding persistence to find them what they are looking for and see them through every aspect of their search, negotiations and lease signing.
Sara started with Manhattan Apartments, Inc in 1998. Her motto is “All clients are created equal.” With that, she gives evenly matched attention to clients looking to rent a starter studio and those looking for a luxury penthouse. This has been a winning ticket for both Sara and her clients.
The majority of her business comes from satisfied customers looking to upgrade and those who have been referred by them. Sara’s method is to listen closely to what her clients say so that she can understand what they may not be able to put into words. She will stick with them until they have secured their new home.
A native of Westchester, New York, Sara’s first love is her horses. She attended Pace University at Pleasantville for Pre-Veterinarian Medicine.
Her dream is to eventually own a thoroughbred breeding farm where she can spend her days with the creatures she finds so wonderfully fascinating.
