Shai Rosen hit the ground running when he began his career as an agent at Manhattan Apartments Inc. His previous experience as a business man and an investor supplied him with the tools to be successful at whatever he does. Shai genuinely cares about the people who come to him to find an apartment. They know immediately that he will look out for their interests during the rental or sales transaction process. He gives them his undivided attention and makes their goals his personal quest. Shai has a disciplined work ethic and gives 100% to every endeavor. Though he is very serious and aggressive about getting his clients what they want, he also keeps the relationship relaxed and friendly and the apartment search fun and exciting.
Originally from Israel, Shai is no stranger to New York. His mother is from Brooklyn where his family spent their summers. He has developed an international perspective from traveling extensively throughout Asia and Australia for both business and pleasure. For 8 years, he owned a wholesale business and 11 retail stores and managed a staff of 30 employees. He also lived in Cleveland, Ohio and Pittsburg, Pennsylvania, where he bought and sold houses. After relocating to New York City, Shai found and brokered investment properties for developers who built residential homes in up and coming neighborhoods throughout the city. With the decline of the stock market and a halt on development, Shai focused his talents on residential rentals and sales.
Shai doesn’t take prosperity for granted and works harder than the average person. This attitude proves very effective for those who engage his services. In his fee time, hee likes going to the theatre, and attending concerts. When he has a few days off, he enjoys hiking where he can take in the beauty of nature.
